DECISION
On the price of teaching and learning equipment for grade 2 and grade 7 of the limited liability company
Hong Anh educational equipment
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the decisions of the Minister of Education and Training: Decision No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 2 and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 2; Decision No.: 13/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 7 and Decision No.: 24/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 7;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2523/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003 and Decision No. 2524/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003; Decision No. 3739/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated July 15, 2003 and Decision No. 3740/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated July 15, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training approving the samples of equipment belonging to the minimum teaching equipment list for grades 2 and 7.
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Price Department for Production Materials - Government Price Board;
DECISION:
Article 1. Prescribes the prices of teaching and learning equipment for grade 2 and grade 7 of Hong Anh Limited Liability Company for Educational Equipment as set out in Appendix I and Appendix II attached hereto.
The above price is the maximum price (inclusive of value-added tax) for investors to organize procurement in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2The prices specified in the appendices of Article 1 apply to teaching and learning tools and equipment that meet the quantity requirements and match the types of each subject approved by the Ministry of Education and Training in Decisions No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT; Decision No. 13/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 24/2003-QĐ/BGD&ĐT (as recorded at the Ministry), produced from materials (including purchased semi-finished products and product packaging) consistent with the pricing plan presented by the selling entity. High-precision equipment (microscopes, scales) must be approved by certification agencies.
Article 3The prices stipulated in Article 1 above are applicable for delivery at the warehouse of Hong Anh Educational Equipment Limited Liability Company onto the transportation means provided by the buyer.
Article 4This decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this decision shall cease to be effective.
