CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated November 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture,

Pursuant to Decree No. 18/SL dated December 16, 1947 organizing the Land Reclamation and Resettlement Office,

In response to a recommendation by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture,

After the Council of Ministers has agreed,

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1

Mr. Le Dinh Chung, Agricultural Engineer, is appointed as Deputy Director of the Land Reclamation and Resettlement Office.

Article 2

The Ministers of Agriculture and Finance shall implement this Decree.
