Decision No. 1052/2002/QĐ-BYT on the issuance of "Rapid Quality Inspection Guidelines for Food Safety and Hygiene"

Article 1: Issued together with this Decision is the "Standard for Rapid Quality Inspection of Food Safety and Hygiene".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Heads of: Office, Inspectorate, Departments of Science - Training, Legal Affairs, Preventive Health - Ministry of Health; Director of the Food Safety and Quality Management Department, Directors of Provincial Health Services under central cities, and Heads of units subordinate to the Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision.
