DECISION
Regarding the withdrawal of Vietnamese nationality

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, session 10;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 55a/TTr-CP dated July 18, 2007,
DECISION:
Article 1. Withdraw Vietnamese nationality from: 2200 citizens currently residing in China (Taiwan) whose names are listed in the attached list.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the citizens named in the List under Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
