PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decision No. 38/2007/QD-TTg dated March 20, 2007 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Approves the plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital under the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province for the period 2007-2009 as follows:
1. Convert into limited liability companies with one member:
- Tien Giang Waterworks Company (in 2007).
- Tien Giang Lottery Company (in 2008).
2. Shareholding reform:
a) In 2007
- My Tho Port.
- Tien Giang Livestock Breeding Company.
b) In 2009:
- Tien Giang Rural Water Supply and Exploitation Company.
- Tien Giang Water Supply and Drainage Company.
- Go Cong Urban Construction Company.
- My Tho City Urban Construction Company.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province shall be responsible for:
1. Directing the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital according to the approved content and schedule and in accordance with the provisions of the law. Any adjustments must be approved by the Prime Minister.
2. Using Decision No. 38/2007/QD-TTg dated March 20, 2007 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital to determine the percentage of shares held by the state in the shareholding companies.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province in implementing this Decision.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Modernization and Development shall be responsible for directing, urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation.
This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
