THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 promulgating the Law on the Right to Form Associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 48/2008/ND-CP dated April 17, 2008 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/ND-CP dated July 30, 2003 stipulating the organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association and the Director of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the Statutes of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association adopted at the First General Assembly of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association on June 10, 2008, in Hanoi.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Chairman of the Vietnam Children's Rights Protection Association, the Director of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision.
