THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH UNIT ELECTION OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES

BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Delegates (amended) adopted by the National Assembly on JUNE 21, 1994;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA DINH IN THE PETITION NO. 468/TT-UB ON SEPTEMBER 4, 1999 AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT IN THE PETITION NO. 218/TTr - BTCCBCP ON SEPTEMBER 9, 1999,
DECREE:
Article 1. APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 61 (SIXTY-ONE) PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES OF HA DINH PROVINCE FOR THE TERM 1999 - 2004, 24 (TWENTY-FOUR) ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA DINH; THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTER, CHIEF OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
