Regarding the amendment of the plant quarantine certificate form issued pursuant to Decision No. 91/1998/QĐ-BNN-BVTV

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance promulgated on February 15, 1993, and Decree No. 92/CP dated November 27, 1993 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the "Plant Quarantine Certificate Form."
This form replaces Model No. 9 in the Provision issued together with Decision No. 91/1998/QĐ-BNN-BVTV dated July 2, 1998 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its signing. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision shall be abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
