Regarding the recognition of Nha Trang City as a Class II urban area

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decision No. 132-HĐBT dated May 5, 1990 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the classification of urban areas and the management levels of urban areas;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, the opinions of the Minister of Construction, the Director of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government;
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize Nha Trang City under Khanh Hoa Province as a Class II urban area.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Minister of Construction, the Director of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, the Ministers of relevant ministries, the Heads of related agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nha Trang City shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
