DECREE-LAW

NO.: 106 DATE: JANUARY 1, 1948

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 20, 1946 and the joint directive of the Ministries of Interior and National Defense No. 6-NV/QF/CT dated January 28, 1946 regarding Ubbv (i.e., Ubkc) at all levels,

Pursuant to Decree-Laws dated March 19, 1947 and March 28, 1947 amending and supplementing the aforementioned Decree-Law No. 1/SL dated December 20, 1946,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the nomination and appointment of members in Ubkc at the regional level,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 95/SL dated October 3, 1947 appointing Dr. Nguyen Van Vinh as a member in Ubkc Region III,

Pursuant to Report and Proposal No. 7223/DEN dated October 18, 1947 of the Ubkc Region III,

At the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs,

 

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

Now appoints Dr. Nguyen Xuan Nguyen, former chairman of the Administrative Committee of Haiphong City, as a People's Representative in Ubkc Region III, replacing Dr. Nguyen Van Vinh who has passed away.

Article 2

The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
