Decision No. 106 TC/QD/TCCB Regarding the Establishment of Da Nang Audit Company

REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DA NANG AUDIT COMPANY

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to the regulations on the establishment and dissolution of state-owned enterprises issued together with Decree No. 388/HĐBT dated November 20, 1991 and Decree No. 156/HĐBT dated May 7, 1992 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government);

Pursuant to Decree No. 07/CP dated January 29, 1994 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on independent auditing in the national economy;

Pursuant to the Notification agreeing to the establishment of the state-owned enterprise No. 13/TB dated February 9, 1995 of the Government Office.

Article 1Establish the state-owned enterprise Da Nang Audit Company under the Ministry of Finance.

Article 2The enterprise is permitted to:

- Locate its headquarters at 58 Hung Vuong Street, Da Nang City, and establish branches or representative offices where necessary within the country.

- Operating capital: 5,000 million VND.

Of which:   + Fixed capital: 4,400 million VND.

According to the source of capital:

+ State budget capital: 1,500 million VND.

+ Corporate self-supplemented capital and loans: 3,500 million VND.

- Main business activities: Auditing and financial accounting consulting.

- Corporate form: State-owned enterprise.

Article 3The enterprise shall be responsible for completing all necessary procedures to register for business and operate in accordance with the law.

Article 4This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Heads of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department, the Financial Management and Administration Department, the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the State Capital and Asset Management Agency at enterprises, and the Director of Danang Audit Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
