Decision No. 107/2000/QĐ-BNN/TCCB Regarding the transfer of the Biotechnology Technology Transfer Station under the Plant Biotechnology Center to the Agricultural Genetics Institute.

DECISION OF THE MINISTER

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Regarding the transfer of the Biotechnology Transfer Station under the Plant Biotechnology Center to be directly under the Agricultural Genetics Institute

On the basis of Decision No. 108/1998/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated July 24, 1998 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the transfer of the Plant Biotechnology Center under the Ministry to be directly under the Agricultural Genetics Institute;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Agricultural Genetics Institute, the Director of the Science and Technology Department and Product Quality Control, and the Director of the Cadre Organization Department,

The Biotechnology Transfer Station with headquarters in Van Giang - Hung Yen, which is a production and business organization with its own seal and separate account operating under the dependent accounting system of the Plant Biotechnology Center, shall be transferred to be directly under the Agricultural Genetics Institute in its entirety. 

DECISION: 

Clause 4 of Article 6The Biotechnology Transfer Station is an accounting entity that balances income and expenditure, not included in the state budget for scientific research personnel (as it was under the Plant Biotechnology Center, a state-owned enterprise directly under the Agricultural Genetics Institute according to Decision No. 68/1998/QĐ/TTg dated March 27, 1998).

The Director of the Agricultural Genetics Institute is tasked with implementing the handover, acceptance, organization, and operation of the Biotechnology Transfer Station in accordance with current regulations.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre Organization Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Agricultural Genetics Institute are responsible for enforcing this Decision.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Cadre Organization Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Agricultural Genetics Institute are responsible for implementing this Decision.

This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
