ISSUING THE DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT UNDER THE HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 73/CP DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1995 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 551/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-ĐH DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2001 OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING PERMITTING THE HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY TO OFFER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MAJOR; CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AS STATED IN DOCUMENT 810 ĐHTL / TCCB - ĐA DATED NOVEMBER 5, 2001 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT; CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT IS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY. CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY
THE DIRECTOR OF THE HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY SHALL DEFINE THE TASKS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. THE STAFFING OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT IS WITHIN THE OVERALL STAFFING QUOTA ALLOCATED BY THE MINISTRY. THE DEPARTMENT HEAD AND ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD SHALL BE APPOINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
THE CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTORS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
The Director of the Office, the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, and the Rector of the Hanoi University of Water Resources are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
