REGARDING THE PRICES OF EQUIPMENT FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING IN GRADE 2 OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY ABC FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/CP dated 01/7/2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Decisions of the Minister of Education and Training: Decision No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum list of teaching equipment for Grade 2 and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum list of teaching equipment for Grade 2;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2523/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003 and Decision No. 2524/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003; Decision No. 3740/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated July 15, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training approving the samples of equipment included in the minimum list of teaching equipment for Grade 2;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Price Department for Production Materials - Government Price Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. The prices of teaching and learning equipment for Grade 2 of Joint Stock Company ABC for Production and Trade are stipulated in Appendix I attached hereto.
The above price is the maximum price (inclusive of value-added tax) for investors to organize procurement in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. The prices specified in Appendix I of Article 1 apply to complete sets of equipment and teaching materials for each subject, approved by the Ministry of Education and Training in Decisions No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT (with reference samples kept at the Ministry), produced from materials (including purchased semi-finished products and accompanying packaging) consistent with the pricing plan submitted by the selling entity. Equipment requiring high accuracy (microscopes, scales) must be approved by inspection authorities.
Article 3. The prices specified in Article 1 above are the prices delivered to the warehouse of Joint Stock Company ABC for Production and Trade on the buyer's transportation means.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision shall cease to be effective.
