Issuing the Operation and Regulation Procedures for the Tan Giang Water Reservoir in Ninh Thuan Province

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Water Resources No. 08/1998/QH10;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works No. 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Water Resources and the Head of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operation and Regulation Procedures for the Tan Giang Water Reservoir in Ninh Thuan Province are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
