Circular No. 107/2010/TT-BQP Issuing the Regulation on Training Military Officers for the People's Militia Board at Commune, Ward, and Town Level with Associate Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Basic Military Science

CIRCULAR

Regarding the issuance of the Training Regulation for military cadres of the People's Militia and Self-Defense Force at commune-level People's Militia and Self-Defense Force Command

at the associate degree and bachelor's degree levels in the basic military field

level of college and university in basic military industry

MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE

Pursuant to the Law on People's Militia and Self-Defense Force dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to the Law on Public Officials and Civil Servants dated November 13, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 1, 2010 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on People's Militia and Self-Defense Force;

Pursuant to Decision No. 257/2006/QĐ-TTg dated November 9, 2006 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on frequency band allocation for economic and social purposes, national defense, and security;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1388/QĐ-TTg dated August 9, 2010 of the Prime Minister approving the pilot training program for military cadres of the People's Militia and Self-Defense Force at commune-level People's Militia and Self-Defense Force Command at the associate degree and bachelor's degree levels in the basic military field.

Article 2. This Circular applies to academies, universities, military officer schools, vocational colleges, secondary technical schools, and military schools (hereinafter referred to collectively as military schools) that organize training in accordance with the law, and related agencies, units, organizations, and individuals; it does not apply to teachers teaching at kindergartens, general education schools, national defense education centers, and security education centers.

CIRCULAR:

Article 1. The Training Regulation for military cadres of the People's Militia and Self-Defense Force at commune-level People's Militia and Self-Defense Force Command (hereinafter referred to collectively as commune level) at the associate degree and bachelor's degree levels in the basic military field is hereby issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Chief of General Staff, Directors, and Principals of Military Academies and Schools, Commanders of Military Regions, Commander of the Hanoi Capital Military Command; Commanders of Military Services and Arms; Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for directing the implementation and monitoring the enforcement of this Circular.
