PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 107/SL DATED JUNE 16, 1950
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing the people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 121-SL dated January 25, 1948 appointing members of the South Central Resistance Administrative Committee;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 126-SL dated January 25, 1948 recognizing Mr. Le Dinh Tham as Chairman of the South Central Resistance Administrative Committee;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated December 31, 1949 regarding the Ministry of Home Affairs' authority over the management of resistance administrative committees;
At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: The resignation letters submitted by Mr. Le Dinh Tham, Chairman, and Mr. Nguyen Van Chi, Member of the South Central Resistance Administrative Committee are hereby accepted.
Article 2: The Minister of Home Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
