DECREE-LAW
NO.: 107 DATE: FEBRUARY 20, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 organizing the People's Administration;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 47/SL dated May 1, 1947 organizing the General Command of the National Army of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Commander of the Vietnamese National Assembly and in agreement with the Minister of Defense;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Appoints Lieutenant General Lê Thiết Hùng as the Chief Inspector of the National Army.
Article 2
Appoints Mr. Trần Tử Bình as Deputy Chief Inspector of the National Army.
Article 3
The Minister of Defense and the General Commander of the Vietnamese National Army shall implement this Decree-Law.
