Approving the Strategy for the Development of the Legal Profession until 2020
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Lawyers Law No. 65/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Justice,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the "Strategy for the Development of the Legal Profession until 2020" attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Ministry of Justice shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant ministries, sectors, and the Vietnam Bar Federation to implement this Decision.
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
