DECISION NO. 1079-VHTT-TT/QD OF AUGUST 21, 1992 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, INFORMATION AND SPORT REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT, AND OPERATIONS OF THE PRINTING INDUSTRY
BASED ON THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS' DECREE NO. 447/HĐBT OF DECEMBER 31, 1990, WHICH DETERMINES THE FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, INFORMATION, SPORTS, AND TOURISM;
BASED ON THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS' DECREE NO. 196/HĐBT OF DECEMBER 11, 1989, WHICH REGULATES THE STATE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRIES;
TO STRENGTHEN THE STATE MANAGEMENT WORK FOR PUBLISHING AND PRINTING ACTIVITIES;

Article 1. NOW, ATTACHED HERETO IS THE "REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT, AND OPERATIONS OF THE PRINTING INDUSTRY."
Article 2. THE PUBLISHING CIRCULATION DEPARTMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING AND MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS REGULATION.
Article 3. THIS REGULATION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Article 4. PRINTING ENTERPRISES, PUBLISHERS, AND INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN PRINTING ACTIVITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH THIS DECISION.
