DECREE
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF KIM DONG COMMUNE UNDER KIM SON DISTRICT, NINH BINH PROVINCE Portable gas fire extinguisher with a capacity of no less than 3kg or portable water-based fire extinguisher with a capacity of no less than 6 liters
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH BINH AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION - STAFF DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. -NOW, THE KIM DONG COMMUNE UNDER KIM SON DISTRICT, NINH BINH PROVINCE IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF 520 HA OF NATURAL AREA IN THE CUN THOI SEDIMENTARY AREA AND 2,056 POPULATION RESIDING IN THE LOCALITY.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF KIM DONG COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO THE BÌNH MINH II LEVEE (ALONG THE EASTERN EDGE OF THE LEVEE), BÌNH MINH MARKET TOWN AND RIVER DÃY; WEST ADJACENT TO KIM TRUNG COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO THE EAST SEA; NORTH ADJACENT TO THE BÌNH MINH I LEVEE (ALONG THE SOUTHERN EDGE OF THE LEVEE),
Article 2. -THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. -THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH BINH AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION - STAFF DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
