Regarding the approval of the number of provincial People's Council representatives; the list of electoral units and
the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the provincial People's Council representatives
of Vinh Phuc province for the term 1999 – 2004
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approve the number of forty-seven (47) provincial People's Council representatives, seventeen (17) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the provincial People's Council representatives of Vinh Phuc province (attached list).
