BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 86/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE PLANT PROTECTION AND QUARANTINE ORDINANCE PUBLISHED ON AUGUST 8, 2001;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. REGISTER 103 TYPES OF CHEMICALS (INCLUDING 64 INSECTICIDES, 22 FUNGICIDES, 08 GROWTH REGULATORS, 08 SNAIL REMOVAL AGENTS, AND 01 TERMITE CONTROL AGENT) INTO THE LIST OF PERMITTED PLANT PROTECTION CHEMICALS FOR USE IN VIETNAM (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. THE EXPORT AND IMPORT OF THE PLANT PROTECTION CHEMICALS ISSUED WITH THIS DECISION SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS ON EXPORT AND IMPORT OF GOODS AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE DECREE NO. 12/2006/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 23, 2006 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
Article 4. THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY’S UNITS, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
