Pursuant to the Veterinary Law 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Article 1. The attached Decision includes the Supplementary List of Products for Treatment and Improvement of Aquaculture Environment Permitted to Circulate in Vietnam (Annex attached).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments, and Units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for state management of aquaculture, organizations, and individuals involved in importing and exporting specialized aquatic products shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
