NO. 108/SL DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 1949
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT
OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 23-SL dated February 26, 1947 and Decree-Law No. 193-SL dated May 28, 1948 establishing the Production Industry Council at the Ministry of Economy;
Considering current needs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Economy;
In accordance with the resolution of the Government Council after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1- The Production Industry Council at the Ministry of Economy is hereby abolished.
Article 2- The Minister of Economy shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
