DECREE-LAW
NO.: 108 DATE: FEBRUARY 20, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 47-SL dated May 1, 1947 organizing the General Command of the National Army of Vietnam;
In response to the proposal by the Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam who has consulted with the Minister of Defense;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
The Chairman hereby appoints Mr. Tran Hieu as Director of the Intelligence Bureau under the General Command of the National Army of Vietnam.
Article 2
The Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
