WHEREAS, on April 10, 1965, the National Assembly adopted a resolution entrusting certain powers to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in the new situation,
AFTER HEARING THE GOVERNMENT'S REPORT ON THE STATE BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR 1971,
AFTER HEARING THE PRESENTATION BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY'S PLANNING AND BUDGET COMMITTEE,
RESOLUTION:
1- APPROVES THE STATE BUDGET FOR 1971 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONTENTS:
- TOTAL REVENUE IS FOUR BILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MILLION DONG (4,517,000,000đ,00),
- TOTAL EXPENDITURE IS FOUR BILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MILLION DONG (4,517,000,000đ,00), INCLUDING EXPENDITURE ON ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL CONSTRUCTION IS ONE BILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DONG (1,349,700,000đ,00).
2- CENTRAL BUDGET:
- TOTAL REVENUE IS THREE BILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DONG (3,498,200,000đ,00),
- TOTAL EXPENDITURE IS THREE BILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DONG (3,498,200,000đ,00).
