1- APPROVES THE STATE BUDGET FOR 1971 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONTENTS:
- TOTAL REVENUE IS FOUR BILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MILLION DONG (4,517,000,000đ,00),
- TOTAL EXPENDITURE IS FOUR BILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MILLION DONG (4,517,000,000đ,00), INCLUDING EXPENDITURE ON ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL CONSTRUCTION IS ONE BILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DONG (1,349,700,000đ,00).
