The Ministry of Finance requests to amend the effective date of Circular No. 91/2004/TT-BTC dated September 13, 2004, issued by the Ministry of Finance, amending certain points of Circular No. 111/2003/TT-BTC dated November 17, 2003, guiding the provision of interest rate subsidies for loans for Public Bus Transport Investment Projects in Ho Chi Minh City as follows:
Amend the last paragraph of the Circular to read: "This Circular shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette."
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs the relevant agencies of this amendment when implementing it./.
