Regarding the approval of the number of provincial People's Council representatives; list of units
election and the number of representatives elected in each constituency
of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council for the term 1999 - 2004

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on the Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) adopted by the National Assembly on June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province in the Memorandum No. 978/TT-UB dated September 4, 1999, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government in the Memorandum No. 215/TTr - BTCCBCP dated September 9, 1999,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of fifty-three (53) provincial People's Council deputies, twenty-one (21) electoral units, and the number of deputies elected from each electoral unit of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
