THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Quality Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to the Regulation on the Establishment, Examination, Approval, and Issuance of Industry Standards issued together with Decision No. 135/1999-QĐ-BNN-KHCN dated October 1, 1999;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology, and Standardization Department,

Article 1. The industry standard: 14TCN 101-2001 - Pressure-reducing well - Technical construction procedures and inspection methods is hereby issued together with this decision.
Article 2. This standard shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Standardization Department, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this decision.
