Issuing the Operation and Regulation Procedures for the Nui Mot Water Reservoir in Binh Dinh Province
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Water Resources No. 08/1998/QH10, and the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works No. 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10;
Decree No. 72/2007/NĐ-CP dated May 7, 2007 of the Government on Full Dam Management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the review results and the proposal of the Director of the Water Resources Department and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operation and Regulation Procedures for the Nui Mot Water Reservoir in Binh Dinh Province (attached with the Appendix of the Operation and Regulation Procedures) are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Water Resources Department, the Legal Department, and the relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
