CIRCULAR

Issuing the National Technical Regulation QCVN 02:2016/BQP - National technical regulation on the destruction and incineration of propellant ammunition

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Regulatory Documents 2015; in 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No.NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation 127/2007/a number of provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;Pursuant to Decree No. 35/20 3/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;Considering the proposal of the Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department. The Minister of National Defense decides:Article 1.Issuing along with this Circular a national technical regulation in the field of military and defense:

QCVN 02:2016/BQP, National Technical Regulation on the destruction and incineration of propellant ammunition.1Article 2.

This Circular takes effect from September 20, 2016 and is uniformly applied throughout the country.

Article 3.The Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department and Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Circular.DEPUTY MINISTER

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 20, 2016 and is uniformly applied throughout the country.

Article 3. The Director of the Standards - Measurement - Quality Control Department and the Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
