OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT
PURSUANT TO THE DECREE NO. 47-SL OF MAY 1, 1947 ORGANIZING THE GENERAL HEADQUARTERS.
PURSUANT TO THE DECREE NO. SL OF MONTH YEAR 1948 MERGING THE MILITARY TRAINING DEPARTMENT INTO THE GENERAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE NATIONAL VIETNAMESE ARMY.
NOW, IN RESPONSE TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHIEF COMMANDER OF THE NATIONAL VIETNAMESE ARMY, WHO HAS CONSULTED WITH THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE.
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
NOW APPOINT MAJOR GENERAL LE THIET HUNG, NATIONAL MILITARY AUDITOR, TO ALSO SERVE AS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE TRAN QUOC TUYEN INTERMEDIATE MILITARY ACADEMY.
Article 2
THE CHIEF COMMANDER OF THE NATIONAL VIETNAMESE ARMY SHALL ENFORCE THIS DECREE.
