THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Article 26 of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance promulgated on February 15, 1993;
Pursuant to the Plant Protection Product Management Regulation issued together with the Government Decree No. 92/CP dated November 27, 1993 and the guidance on implementing the Plant Protection and Quarantine Law;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department and the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department;

Article 1: Approve the formal registration of 11 types of plant protection products in the list of plant protection products permitted for use in Vietnam (attached list), including: 06 insecticides, 02 fungicides, and 03 herbicides.
Article 2: Approve the supplementary registration of 33 types of plant protection products in the list of plant protection products permitted for use in Vietnam (attached list), including: 17 insecticides, 09 fungicides, and 07 herbicides.
Article 3: Approve the special registration of 01 rodenticide in the list of plant protection products permitted for use and 01 termite control product for wood preservation in the list of restricted plant protection products in Vietnam (attached list).
Article 4: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Plant Protection Department shall be responsible for providing detailed guidance on safe and effective use of the aforementioned plant protection chemicals.
Article 5: The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and domestic organizations, individuals, and foreign persons managing, producing, trading, and using plant protection products in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this regulation./.
