Issuing the Special Economic-Trade Zone Regulation for Lao Bao,
Quang Tri Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Agreement on economic, cultural, scientific, and technological cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic for the period 1996-2000 and subsequent years;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Trade and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Special Economic-Trade Zone Regulation for Lao Bao, Quang Tri Province.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 219/1998/QĐ-TTg dated November 12, 1998, and Decision No. 08/2002/QĐ-TTg dated January 11, 2002, of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on the Encouraged Development Economic and Trade Zone of Lao Bao, Quang Tri Province.
Article 3. The Ministers of Trade, National Defense, Planning and Investment, Finance, Transport, Construction, Public Security, Heads of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
