Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of Hue College of Industry at Circular No. 49/CĐCNH-TCHC dated April 6, 2006;
At the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.

Article 1. The attached Regulations on the Organization and Operations of Hue College of Industry are hereby issued.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, Affiliated Agencies, and the Rector of Hue College of Industry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
