THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated December 16, 2002;

WHEREAS, the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Transport Science and Technology, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Industry Standard "Technical Construction and Acceptance Procedures for the Aggregate Base Layer in the Structure of Motor Vehicle Pavement" attached hereto. Registration number: 22 TCN 334 - 06

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 2514/1998/QĐ-BGTVT dated October 3, 1998 of the Minister of Transport promulgating the Industry Standard 22 TCN 252 - 98 "Aggregate Base Layer in the Structure of Motor Vehicle Pavement - Technical Construction and Acceptance Requirements".

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department of Science and Technology, the Director of the Institute of Transport Science and Technology, the Directors of the Departments of Transport, Transport Infrastructure, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
