Pursuant to relevant legal documents and decisions of the Government, the Ministry of Science and Technology issues the Regulation on Selection of Organizations and Individuals to Lead Implementation of Projects under the Program to Support the Development of Intellectual Property Assets of Enterprises. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

WHEREAS, Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 68/2005/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the Enterprise Intellectual Property Development Support Program;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 36/2006/QD-TTg dated February 8, 2006 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Management Regulations for the Enterprise Intellectual Property Development Support Program;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 634/QD-BKHCN dated April 4, 2006 of the Minister of Science and Technology appointing the Permanent Agency of the Enterprise Intellectual Property Development Support Program;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE SELECTION OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS TO LEAD PROJECTS UNDER THE ENTERPRISE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE DIRECTING COMMITTEE, THE HEAD OF THE SECRETARY COMMITTEE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE PROGRAM OFFICE, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
