WHEREAS, Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE SELECTION OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS TO LEAD PROJECTS UNDER THE ENTERPRISE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE DIRECTING COMMITTEE, THE HEAD OF THE SECRETARY COMMITTEE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE PROGRAM OFFICE, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
