Regarding the announcement of the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the

Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs up to December 31, 2005 that have ceased to be legally effective

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents promulgation dated November 12, 1996 and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Legislative Documents promulgation dated December 6, 2002;

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing some provisions of the Law on Legislative Documents promulgation and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Legislative Documents promulgation;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Announced hereby with this Decision:

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. 1. The List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs within its authority up to December 31, 2005 that have ceased to be legally effective (List I attached);

2. The List of Circulars jointly issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs as the main drafting body up to December 31, 2005 that have ceased to be legally effective (List II attached).

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
