Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette
Article 4. This Decision replaces Decision No. 416/TCCP-VC dated May 29, 1993 of the Minister - Head of the Organizational Cadre Department of the Government (now the Ministry of Home Affairs) on issuing vocational standards for the rank of civil servant in the research science and technology sector
Article 5.| The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
