THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Based on Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
Based on Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010;
After reaching consensus and based on the letters nominating staff from relevant ministries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Trade Promotion Agency and the Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Appraisal Board for the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010 is hereby established with the members listed in the Appendix to this Decision.
Article 2. The Appraisal Board for the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010 shall be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and organizing the appraisal of trade promotion projects of the program's leading units, adjusting them, compiling them into the annual National Trade Promotion Program according to the requirements and objectives set forth, and recommending the Minister of Commerce to approve the program pursuant to the authority delegated by the Prime Minister.
The Appraisal Board will dissolve itself upon completion of its tasks.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. Heads of relevant agencies and members of the Appraisal Board for the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
