Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of legal normative documents;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision attaches the "Regulation on Inspection and Handling of Legal Normative Documents on Fisheries".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
