BASED ON THE SANITARY AND FOOD SAFETY ORDINANCE NO. 12/2003/PL-UBTVQH11 OF JULY 26, 2003;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 163/2004/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 7, 2004, PROVIDING DETAILED IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES FOR CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE SANITARY AND FOOD SAFETY ORDINANCE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITARY CONTROL COUNCIL - MINISTRY OF HEALTH,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION THE REGULATIONS ON GRANTING THE SANITARY AND FOOD SAFETY CONDITION CERTIFICATE FOR HIGH-RISK FOOD PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS.
Article 2THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE OFFICE, INSPECTOR GENERAL, HEAD OF LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITARY CONTROL COUNCIL, HEADS OF SUBORDINATE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE HEALTH SERVICES, AND DIRECTORS OF CITY HEALTH SERVICES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
