Article 1. The economic and technical norms for registering land use rights, establishing cadastral files, and issuing certificates of land use rights simultaneously for multiple land users at commune, ward, and town levels are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
These norms replace the norms specified in Section A and Section B of Chapter II, Part II, and Section A and Section B of Chapter II, Part III of the Economic and Technical Norms for Registering Land Use Rights, Establishing Cadastral Files, and Issuing Certificates of Land Use Rights issued pursuant to Decision No. 07/2007/QD-BTNMT dated February 27, 2007 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
