MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/ND-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decision No. 224/2006/QD-TTg dated October 6, 2006 of the Prime Minister on issuing the Supervision and Evaluation Regulation for the Effectiveness of State-Owned Enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 115/2007/TT-BTC dated September 25, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain contents regarding supervision and evaluation of the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises' operations;
Pursuant to Decision No. 169/2007/QD-TTg dated November 8, 2007 of the Prime Minister on issuing the Supervision Regulation for State-Owned Enterprises Operating at a Loss and Without Effectiveness;
At the proposal of the Heads of the Personnel Organization Department, the Financial Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Supervision and Evaluation Regulation for the Effectiveness of State-Owned Enterprises under the Authority of the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 24/2004/QD-BGTVT dated November 5, 2004 of the Minister of Transport on issuing the Supervision and Evaluation Regulation for the Effectiveness of State-Owned Enterprises under the Ministry of Transport. All other regulations of the Ministry of Transport that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, Directors of Specialized Management Bureaus, Heads of Public Service Units, Members of the Board of Directors, General Managers (Directors) of State-Owned Companies, Heads of Units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
