THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION QCVN 1:2009/BKHCN ON GASOLINE, DIESEL FUEL, AND BIOFUELS PROMULGATED BY DECREE NO. 20/2009/TT-BKHCN DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.

Pursuant to the Measurement Ordinance on October 6, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Amending and supplementing the provision stating "The verification cycle for each type of measuring instrument listed above is specified in the corresponding verification procedure issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology" as stipulated in Point 1 of the "List of Measuring Instruments Subject to Verification" issued together with Decision No. 13/2007/QĐ-BKHCN dated July 6, 2007 of the Minister of Science and Technology as follows:

"The verification cycle and the verification of each type of measuring instrument listed above shall be carried out according to the Vietnamese Technical Measurement Document on the current verification procedures."

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The National Standardization, Measurement and Quality Control Agency, Provincial and Municipal Standardization, Measurement and Quality Control Agencies under the central government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
