Issuing the "National Technical Regulation on Establishing Height Grids"

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Director of the Vietnam National Mapping Agency.
DECISION:
Article 1. The "National Technical Regulation on Establishing Height Grids" is issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 112/KT dated May 15, 1989, issued by the Director of the State National Mapping Agency regarding the "Regulation on Establishing State Height Grids of Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4."
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision../.
