THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Law on Product and Goods Quality, November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Measurement, July 6, 1990;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 06/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2002 detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Measurement;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached decision promulgates the "Regulation on Recognition and Management of Construction Specialized Laboratory Activities." This decision replaces Decision No. 65/BXD-KHCN dated March 22, 1995 of the Minister of Construction on the issuance of the "Regulation on Recognition of Construction Specialized Laboratories."
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Heads of relevant Bureaus, Departments, Institutes under the Ministry of Construction, organizations and individuals related to the activities and management of construction specialized laboratories are responsible for implementing this decision./.
